HOBOKEN, NJ (November 3, 2014) — Carlo’s Bakery is showing its gratitude for Veterans and active duty military personnel this Veterans Day. On Tuesday, November 11th, Carlo’s Bakery invites all Veterans and active servicemen and women to enjoy a free large cannoli by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Carlo’s Bakery location across the country.
“All of us at Carlo’s Bakery are huge supporters of our military servicemen and women,” said Buddy Valastro. “We are grateful for their bravery and service and we are thrilled to celebrate them this Veterans Day and everyday.”
The bakery will also celebrate one of its own, Joe Faugno, who served in the United States Air Force.
“As a fellow Veteran, I understand the sacrifice that is made by our men and woman serving in our Armed Forces. For me there are no words to express the appreciation I have for all that gave something to defend our great nation. Please take time on November 11th to thank a Vet and think of the ones who are serving today,” said Faugno. “Giving a cannoli to our Vets is one small token of the appreciation that my family can show our thanks to all that you do. For me, everyday is Veterans Day!”
The Veterans Day offer is available at every Carlo’s Bakery location across the United States. There is no coupon required to activate the offer, Veterans and military personnel need only present their military ID or proof of service while at their favorite Carlo’s Bakery location. The free cannoli offer can be redeemed during business hours on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th.
